1. Where are you?
We are at 27-2, Jalan Menara Gading, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras, KL — right next to UCSI University. Ground floor entrance has a Hikvision face scanner. Music rooms are on the 2F (Cranky Dodo), co-working is on the 3F (DUA Creative).
2. What are the music-room prices?
Music Rooms 1-3: RM28/hour walk-in. 10+2h package RM250 (valid 30 days). Student rate on the same package RM200. 24+2h package RM500 (valid 60 days). Music Room 4: RM33/hour walk-in; 10+2h RM280.
3. What are the co-working prices?
Hot Desk RM18/day / RM68/week (fixed) / RM198/month (fixed) / RM108 7-day flexi (use within 30 days) / RM405 30-day flexi (use within 90 days). Dedicated Desk starts at RM28/day, RM350/month (24h access). Micro-Office 1 monthly RM1050 (24h + 4 free guest entries); Micro-Office 2 monthly RM850 (24h + 2 free guest entries). Main Meeting Room 4h RM180 or full day RM420 (8 free guest entries; extra RM20 per person).
4. How do I book?
Three equal ways: (a) the website booking form at /portal, (b) the embedded
chat widget on our site, or (c) WhatsApp — one message is enough, e.g. "Music
Room 3 tomorrow 8pm for 2 hours". The system recognises you by phone.
5. How do I pay?
Two equal paths, pick whichever you prefer each time: 1. Pay online (Fiuu) — DuitNow / FPX / cards / TNG / Boost / GrabPay. Instant confirmation. 2. QR + bank slip — scan the company's bank QR, transfer manually, upload the slip. Staff approves within ~5 minutes during business hours.
6. How does door access work?
After payment: (a) your face is enrolled on the relevant Hikvision terminals for your booking window, and (b) for rooms with a TTLock you receive a time-boxed PIN via WhatsApp. Face scan works at GF + 2F (music) or GF + 3F (co-working) depending on your booking.
7. Can I bring a guest?
Monthly Dedicated Desk / Micro-Office members have a built-in guest quota (4 for MO-1, 2 for MO-2). Invite through WhatsApp or the widget — "Bring John today 3-6pm". The guest gets a temporary face/QR credential for your chosen window. When quota runs out, each extra guest is RM20 via an auto-generated payment link.
8. Can I cancel?
Yes, up to 2 hours before start. Walk-in payments are refunded to your original method. Package bookings return the hours to your time-bank. Cancellations inside 2 hours are not refundable.
